Pioneer Annual auto-renews at $499/year. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. All refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Redeeming a code

On the paywall screen, tap Redeem code and paste your code. Codes are case-sensitive.

Apple Health integration

If your signals don't appear, open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → NeuroVitals and confirm the data categories you authorized are enabled.

Account deletion

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email privacy@neurovitalsai.com from the address on your account.
